Resolution

Blizzard apologizes.  Kudos to them, and I'm glad to see them step up to the plate and admit fault.  It takes a big person to apologize, but it takes almost an act of god for a big company to apologize.  Enough said, they did the right thing, and if you cancelled your subscription over this incident you should consider re-activating it.  Or at least let them know you are considering a re-activation pending their “policy review.”  Let them know you appreciate them doing the right thing.
