I think the number of female gamers who will be playing Age of Conan will surprise anyone who bothers to research it. And that game has a Mature rating, though we all know how well *that* is going to work.

Yeah no joke. I’m 29 and i know people 6 years older then me are definitly no boomers. Arn’t boomers like 45+ now? i know some people call my age the end of gen x and i think there’s a gen between us and the boomers and after me is gen y? meh. anyway.. That sucks that the boomer classification is getting bigger and bigger. weak

On the original topic, I’ve noticed alot of sources saying middleaged women control the casual games’ market.

I think if someone were to call me a boomer I might actually smack them in the head. Especially since I say things like, “We’re never going to make any progress until all the damn self-important boomers are dead.”

First they try to insult us as “the slacker generation” and now we’re just lumped in with baby boomers. Fuck that noise.

Just to be clear, I wasn’t really opining on Warren Buffet as much as I was parodying the awkward paragraph he was mentioned in. For the record, I love Warren Buffet. I saw him in concert once, and he was amazing!

Unless he goes on 60 Minutes lambasting the tax code for letting his secretary pay more taxes than he, I will still think Warren Buffet is evil. Lower tax rates for dividends and capital gains are necessary to avoid punitive double taxation, since the dividend income was already taxed at the corporate level, and the capital gains were from after-tax income that was invested.

Warren Buffet isn’t greedy. He says stuff like, “I want to give my kids enough money so that they would feel they could do anything, but not so much that they could do nothing.” Then he gives 85% of his fortune to the Bill Gates foundation.

He was on 60 minutes lambasting the tax code for letting him pay less taxes than his secretary. Not all rich people are evil.
