Hi, I thought you might enjoy ‘fun with the minimap’

http://homepage.mac.com/prym/

I used an 'extracted' minimap to establish a distance scale for Azeroth and used it to measure velocity, and, interestingly enough the acceleration due to gravity. Also, using g and the view of Azeroth from Shadowmoon Valley in Outland I performed some elementary calculations of the size of Azeroth (R = 10.25 km) and its density (4.43×10^6 kg / m^3)

@Amber: 2 points for admitting snark. Good karma bonus for it being "unadulterated."

@Bissrok: Almost as weird as using a modern piece of telecommunications gear to pretend that you're a pre-industrial, fantasy elf, troll, warrior, etc.

I find it amazing that they wear homemade, pastel prairie-style dresses... and run a website that sells them on the side. There seems to be a 200 year gap in between the two practices.

Still, it's damn hard to find clothes made with joy nowdays. And $13 for a pair of one-piece underwear?! I'd have to go to confession afterwards, 'cause that's a steal!

Guilty of "reaching" as charged. I think the reason it interested me, is that it's another example of somebody's 15 minutes of fame being exploited for all its worth.

The comparisons to judgement jammies and chastity bracelets were just pure unadulterated snark.

I call "reaching."

These are cute, sensible kids clothes geared towards people with reasonable, though no longer mainstream, opinions on what it's ok for children to wear. I would have accepted any of these items as a gift for my son when he was little (gender appropriateness taken into consideration, of course).
